Exercise to help stop anxiety and panic attacks


Someone telling you to stop worrying doesn’t help, when anxiety or panic visits.

I have added a simple Mindfulness exercise, which you can practise daily.  It only takes 5 minutes and will help train your thoughts away from the destructive anxious, stressful, worrying thoughts.

If you are in the habit of using this exercise, it will be easier to use, when an anxiety or panic attack strikes.
